Apple’s new MacBook Pro is known as one of the best computers the company has ever made, but at $2,000, it’s not for everyone. Sure, people who want a lot of processing power and a fantastic display should save up, but if you just want to browse the web, operate some productivity programs, and work on the move, the MacBook Pro isn’t necessary.
Fortunately, there is another Apple laptop available for everyone else. The basic MacBook Air is still in production nearly 14 years after its initial release. The current model is a sturdy laptop that features Apple’s M1 CPU and a good keyboard. However, according to rumours, Apple is working on a revamp to take the laptop to the next stage.
The next MacBook Air is expected to be released in 2022. It remains to be seen, though, when it will arrive. The device could be available in the second or third quarter of this year. In other words, it might be announced at Apple’s annual WWDC developer conference. This event is usually held in June. We’ll have to wait and see; it’s possible that it’ll be released sooner or later.
